With nearly 30 years of experience in the Multi-Family sector—including new construction and asset repositioning—Elizabeth offers a wealth of expertise and a strategic, big-picture perspective to every project. Her passion for design, people, and cultivating strong relationships makes her an invaluable asset to our development partners. Elizabeth leads a highly skilled, agile team, each member contributing unique strengths to deliver exceptional results. As a licensed interior designer, she oversees all operations at Inspire and drives the creative vision, concepts, and programming for each initiative.

Caylen, a native of Alaska, brings a diverse background in airport design, high-end residential, and multi-family developments. As Design Director, Caylen leads all aspects of each project in partnership with Elizabeth, combining creativity with meticulous attention to detail and budget management. Caylen oversees daily operations at our Phoenix office and holds over 18 years of design experience. Caylen is a licensed interior designer and a LEED AP ID+C accredited professional. She is consistently achieving client goals and elevating design standards.

Jin is a proven leader in interior architecture, with over 30 years of experience in multi-family and commercial projects. Jin excels at designing spaces that are both distinctive and memorable. She brings a deep expertise to consultant coordination which has elevated our drawing sets to be highly sought after by our clients. She has a deep understanding that a fully coordinated set saves client time, money and resources. Her commitment to excellence and her collaborative approach to the overall design team, drives our successful design.

Kym achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Washington State University. She has more than a decade of specialized experience in senior living and healthcare design. Known for blending functionality, comfort, and aesthetic flair, she brings energy and creativity to every project. Kym believes that great design should do more than look beautiful, it should nurture social engagement, safety, and a sense of dignity for every resident. Her fun yet professional approach encourages play with texture, unexpected pops of color, and personalized touches that reflect each community’s identity.  Along with her diverse experience she is also a Registered NCIDQ interior designer.

Cherie holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College. With over 12 years of experience as a designer specializing in senior living environments, she brings a deep understanding of both functionality and aesthetics to her work. Cherie takes pride in designing model spaces that curate thoughtful detail and precision. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensure the successful and timely implementation of all procurement and design projects.

Maya is currently a Senior at Arizona State University. She is a thoughtful and creative designer that has become an integral part of our team. She manages our resource library and vendor relationships. As a student, she is being extensively trained in Revit and various methods of renderings and we are happy to have both of those important skills that she lends to our design presentations. She has an attention to detail that extends beyond her years.
