With almost 30 years of experience in Multi-Family, both new construction and re-positioning of assets, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge and a big picture view to every project. Her passion for design, people and relationships makes her a great partner on every team. She has assembled a team that is small but mighty; each of them bringing a different skill set to the team. She is a licensed interior designer and handles all operations of Inspire as well as the “big picture” ideas, concepts and programming for each project.

Caylen was born and raised in Alaska and has a diverse background working on airport design, high-end residential and Multi-Family.. As Design Director she leads every aspect of each project along with Elizabeth. Her creativity is matched by her attention to detail and budgets. She oversees our Phoenix office in daily operations. Caylen has over 18 years of experience in design and is both a licensed interior designer as well as LEED AP ID+C accredited.

Jin is a master at helping to create spaces that are both memorable and creative but functional for the end-user. She has over 30 years of experience in Multi-Family and commercial projects and brings with her a passion for collaboration with the AOR and other consultants to make our projects run smooth throughout all design and CA phases.

Kym achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Washington State University. She has more than a decade of specialized experience in senior living and healthcare design. Known for blending functionality, comfort, and aesthetic flair, she brings energy and creativity to every project. Kym believes that great design should do more than look beautiful, it should nurture social engagement, safety, and a sense of dignity for every resident. Her fun yet professional approach encourages play with texture, unexpected pops of color, and personalized touches that reflect each community’s identity.  Along with her diverse experience she is also a Registered NCIDQ interior designer.
