Type: Mid-rise New Construction
This property was completed in two phases that were located across the street from one another. We branded each phase differently with one side dedicated to day use that has a lively energetic color palette and design. Evoking daily activity of an active workshare space, a state of the art fitness center and large rooftop pool and game lounge. The B Phase was branded toward evening activities of a darker color palette and design that evoked low key energy, gathering with friends for a fun evening of activities in the wine bar, roof top bar and viewing room.
